Notions from Rose Rush Brooke
Got it on my birthday! Will use these notions for hand quilting. I forgot to buy something to protect my fingers while hand quilting. Maybe I can find them at local stores in town later.
You know what, I must be placing this order while sleeping because I hardly recall when actually i did it! All I can remember is that I have seen those notions and really wanted to buy them. Oppss I did again... huhu
I recently walked into a few local shops but none of them selling cotton thread. They only sell polyester thread, mostly made from China. I came across an information web saying that polyester thread is stronger than cotton thread. I just need to dig more about thread later :) happy sewing!

Tapes image fabric
I saw Ayumi used a fabric with image of measurement tapes and I fall in love with it. Click on the image to read her entry.
As I was hopping around the fabric online stores participating in January Fabshop Hop (since I am residing in Malaysia so I just hopping for fun!), I found the same or maybe look-alike fabric of Ayumi's at FabricBuffet store with discount! I just grab both blue & yellow tapes fabrics + a border tapes fabric + some other item. After 17 hours, my items already ship out! Great service FabricBuffet, thank you!

I spot another tape fabric bought by Ayumi from her trip to Japan... Oh, reading her entry about shopping some fabrics in Japan makes me wanted to fly to Japan! Click on the image to read her entry.
Update : I saw Ayumi use tape-fabric on her new project - tea pot - look at that how nice. She is my inspiration in this sewing world! Click on image to read her entry.

More parcels today!
What a great day! I received 3 parcels today; 2 from United States and 1 from local eBay seller!
One was from ThousandsOfBolts' order with 12 different awesome fabrics. Seriously gorgeous! I love them all. And I have this feeling that I would be very sad to cut and sew on them.. why is that??? Erkkk...
Another parcel frm Josephine@ebay. Nice pal from Penang with nice price compare to other local online fabric store for imported fabric from US.
A lot of things to sew (in my mind) but still lack of courage to hit it! Need to stop shopping (erkkk..??) for awhile and read a lot to motivate my self ;) *wink*
One of the best blog that really inspire me is Ayumi's! It's a must-read for me at least once a week. Thanks for sharing your ideas with me & the whole world pal!
